What is the return policy?

At NAZAR, we want you to feel connected to every piece you bring into your daily rituals. If something is not quite right, we are here to help and will guide you through the return process with care.

NAZAR accepts eligible items for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived. Custom and personalized items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email nazaryourway@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for mailing the item back to us. All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Your return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return instructions to remain eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Custom embroidered and personalized products
• Items purchased on final sale

We do not issue refunds due to shipping times. Shipping information is available on each product page and on our Shipping Policy page. If you no longer want an item once it arrives, you may return it as long as it meets all eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card provider.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at nazaryourway@gmail.com.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or reduced value, a fee may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within four hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellations.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are made to order and ship within three to five business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

how much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Can I wash embroidered items in the machine?

Most embroidered items can be washed gently. We recommend a cold, delicate cycle and air drying to preserve the stitching and fabric.
